About the Chef
Chef Arnold is a distinguished Executive Chef, Chef Instructor, mentor, advisor, restaurateur, and culinarian. With a diverse range of certifications, including Certified Executive Chef (WCEC) from the Worlds Chef Societies and Certified Executive Chef (CEC) and Lead Accepted Culinary Examiner (ACE) from the American Culinary Federation, he is at the forefront of the culinary industry.
Currently serving as a Concepts Development Consultant and Corporate Executive Chef, Chef Arnold brings his expertise to create innovative culinary concepts and lead the culinary operations of various establishments. In the past, he has held positions as Corporate Executive Chef for esteemed hospitality management groups in Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and across multiple locations in the USA.
Throughout his career, Chef Arnold has demonstrated his culinary prowess as the executive chef/operator of two renowned restaurants in the Gulf Coast of Florida. One of these establishments boasted a fine dining experience showcasing exquisite steak and seafood, while the other captured the essence of a welcoming beach community with a bakery and diner. Additionally, his culinary journey includes successfully opening and managing a large contemporary multi-unit restaurant company in Central Florida, as well as serving as the General Manager of a prestigious Country Club.
With a solid foundation in classical culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu School, where he achieved a remarkable 4.0 GPA, Chef Arnold is a dedicated member of the Eta Sigma Delta Honor Society. Furthermore, he has earned certifications from the State of Florida as a Certified Food Manager and a ServeSafe HACCP Course Instructor. Additionally, he holds prestigious certifications from the National Restaurant Association in areas such as Cost Control, Supervision, Culinary Arts, and Advanced Baking & Pastry.
Chef Arnold is not only an exceptional chef but also an influential figure in the culinary world. He frequently makes appearances on local and regional television and radio shows, using his platform to promote the craftsmanship of food preparation. Furthermore, he has made valuable contributions to the culinary world through his authored articles in newspapers and magazines.
