International Culinary Operations. Practical Systems. Measurable Results.

With 40+ years of foodservice and hospitality experience and extensive international consulting experience, Chef David Arnold works with restaurants, foodservice companies, institutional catering operations, central kitchens, manufacturers, and developing concepts to solve operational problems and build stronger systems.
The work goes well beyond menu development. Engagements focus on the complete operation — culinary standards, food safety, profitability, people, training, procurement, production systems, quality assurance, project development, and the management disciplines required to make improvements last.
Built From Operations, Not Theory
David’s approach is grounded in decades of hands-on culinary and operational leadership. His experience spans restaurants, hotels, central kitchens, industrial and institutional catering, food processing, retail foodservice, bakeries and patisseries, cloud kitchens, and multi-unit operations.
International assignments have taken him across the United States, Middle East, Central Asia, and Asia, working in markets including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Somalia, Taiwan, Italy and the Philippines. The environments differ, but the fundamentals do not: clear standards, capable people, disciplined systems, strong food-safety controls, financial accountability, and management that follows through.

How I Work
Every engagement begins with understanding the operation firsthand. I look at what is actually happening — not simply what the manuals, reports, or management team say should be happening. From there, we identify the operational gaps, establish priorities, build practical solutions, train the people responsible for execution, and measure the results.
The objective is not to leave a client with another report sitting on a shelf. It is to leave behind stronger systems, better-trained people, clear accountability, and an operation capable of sustaining the improvement after the consulting engagement ends.
